1. Send an email to yourself
You can try sending yourself an email to see if something wrong or not. If you receive emails, then chances are the emails you aren’t receiving is different case
2. Use a Different Browser
The next thing to do is to use another browser to check whether you are having the same problem. The purpose of using another browser because sometimes the cookies and other data aren’t sync with you email.

3. Check Your Spam Folder
Always check your spam folder if you can’t find emails in your normal Inbox. Google automatically filters some emails to spam, sometimes the email you’re expecting may be in Spam folder. It’s on the left-side corner of your screen when you open the Gmail website or application.
4. Check Your Trash Folder
Similarly, to the Spam folder just check your Trash Folder. Maybe you misclicked or accidentally deleted an email you were expecting.

- Open your Gmail account and go to your Settings.
- Look for and click on “See all settings”.
- Go to “Filters and Blocked Addresses”.
- Look through the email addresses that you have blocked or created filters for. Unblock or unfilter the email address you want to receive emails from.
8. Check if you have enough Google storage
Google doesn’t provide unlimited storage. Gmail has a storage limit of 15 GB and once you hit it, you’ll stop receiving messages. To check your account storage, open your Google Drive. Your storage space will show on the right side of your screen. If your storage is full, you’ll have to delete files from your Google Drive or the emails in your Trash to clear this out.
