This was a scam attempt. The product in question was not delivered to my address as it was stated by UPS Ground. That’s the first problem. 2nd, the seller either deleted her account, or blocked me, not allowing access to her account to report/review. I have screenshots below confirming all the information and statements in our messages, and I would like my money back, and for her account to be removed and/or list a warning with any marketplace actions she takes. Whether it’s a hardware ban or IP I don’t care, I don’t want her in this community. (I know you probably can’t do that, just typing out my frustration). I listed all of the information that she needed to send it to the correct address, so it wasn’t sent there, and on top of that, the tracking number states that it was a whopping 18 pound package, when the entire product shouldn’t have been more than 3 pounds. I also called the our local UPS package hub, and they stated that the delivery was not listed to my address, nor under my name as stated in our messages. I gave all the correct information as to why I believe this is a scam. Any feedback would be appreciated.
This was the information provided in the claim I’ve already opened. It does not allow me to open another claim, and the person who responded said that the package wasn’t marked “delivered” yet, and to give it time. It’s been 1 day shy of two weeks. I paid 500$ for this item I never got, and can’t report the account because they deleted it. I want my money back.
