So we have an interesting issue right now. An account has already been suspended from our page so he/she is unable to post in any of our content. But the account is still able to leave comments on our page reviews and since the account is already tagged as banned, we are only able to hide the comments he/she leaves. This is getting annoying as this is being done on a somewhat weekly basis. Can anyone share their resolution about this? Thank you
