I have not advertised on Facebook since 2017. In July 2021 someone hacked into my ad account and tried to create ads for diet pills in Portuguese. They did it 3 times and Facebook banned my ad account. I have since changed my password and set up 2 stage authorization. I appealed to Facebook and got a canned response saying since I violated Facebook’s ad policy multiple times, my ad account can not be reinstated. I also noticed a user on my account with my name but a different email. Since the account is disabled I can not remove this user.

I have a second problem. I created a company page for the agency I am starting. The page only has a name and a description. It is completely blank with no content, no posts and no images. Facebook unpublished my page saying my page is similar to other pages that violated Facebook guidelines. I tried to appeal but they just sent me a canned response with a link to a page of Facebook rules about pages being banned for hate speech, racism, bullying, nudity, etc. My page is completely blank with no content at all except for the name of the page “Legal Marketing Plus” and the description “Do you have a law firm that needs more clients? We will create a customized strategy to get new leads, including Authoritative Websites, SEO, PPC, Video & Social Media Marketing so you can grow your client base and increase your bottom line.” and my website “https://legalmarketingplus.com/” That is the only thing on the page. Why is my page unpublished?
