Hi, my sister deleted her account 16 days ago but she has changed her mind since. She tried to log back in with her old account details but Facebook showed the following message “Your search did not return any results. Please try again with other information.” Can you please advise me how to retrieve her account?

I’m sorry to say if your sister deleted her account once she has deleted it, it cannot be retrieved she will need to create a new account.
