Hi,

I recently switched mobile service provider (now with public mobile), but I kept the same phone number. However, facebook no longer send me text messages on this phone. I tried to remove it and reactivate it, but I don’t get any code in a SMS text. I received this email:

The phone number [XXXX] has been deactivated for Facebook text messages due to the following reason: the mobile service provider this number was registered with no longer recognizes this number as valid. If you changed your mobile number or switched mobile service providers, please visit Facebook to add your number again.
