We have a user whose page role was mysteriously demoted from admin or editor to moderator. When trying to change it back, to either admin or moderator, we get a generic error message that says “something went wrong”. I have two-factor authentication enabled, which is the only suggestion I could find from others experiencing the issue. Can’t figure out any way to get help.
