My friend’s account was hacked, and the hacker changed the name, recovery email addresses and phone numbers. Is there a way for Facebook to help her regain access to her account? She can’t submit anything to find or prove ownership of the account if her emails are no longer tied to it, and the account is no longer viewable to friends so that it can be reported. Can’t find any info on a helpline or anything.
