My 15 yr old (at the time) daughter created a FB acct so she could log in to Pokemon Go. Upgrading to a new phone, FB now wants her to verify her identity to access her FB acct. Thinking she was protecting her identity, her original profile name is a version of her name, and doesn’t match exactly the documents we submitted. (birth certificate, driver’s license, school ID) She is frantic that she may lose several years of Pokemon!
