In a bizarre case, my IG account linked with FB page @vonbrudermann_jewellers has got disabled again in 22 days.
The account Vonbrudermann_jewellers is linked to a website.

Coming yesterday’s experience :
I opened the app, it bugged & crashed. I opened it again, it crashed again.
I got repeatedly a message : Please retry after connecting to internet (or something like that).
My internet was working.

I tried again opening it. I got a 3 second message: your password has come up in data leak.
I repeatedly tried to get a sms with the code to restart it, but I am not getting any codes.
I tried using the backup codes – they aren’t being accepted.

Now, my FB page with the same name has no IG account linked to it – it has disapperead.
This is when the account is 2 way verified and has had paid advertisments (albeit a small amount).

Something’s seriously wrong because we don’t spam like, steal content, mass follow/unfollow, buy followers, etc, on IG or FB.

Please guide me through this.
