My Instagram account was disabled saying that I wasn’t following the Terms of Use, but I was. I am almost certain it was hacked, but before I could change the password I got the message saying it was disabled. Please advise how I can reactive my account so that I can change my password. That is all I want to do so that whoever is causing it to be disabled I can stop them. Please help.
