My mom’s account was stolen over a month ago. We have tried to gain access back to the account with so many unsuccessful attempts. They wanted her to submit her ID, we have MANY times. All that did was verify her identification for the person to now run ADs. At first they were small amounts, now each one is $135 and they have ran about 20-25 ADs. We were able to get in and change the password, but then it wants the code sent to the phone number for the two step authentication, however they added that feature so it’s their phone number, not hers. So we can’t get past that part in order to dispute any charges or anything else for that matter. When you search her name, it doesn’t pop up. When I look for her facebook on my friends, it doesn’t pop up. But her facebook is there, It’s basically hidden, as she is still getting emails for all of the updates. What do I need to do?? Theres not many options to help with this situation. I can’t log into the AD dispute thing because I can’t get past the two step authentication. I have submitted my ID to get past that SO many times and we haven’t gotten a response. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE help!? I’m not sure what to do at this point and someones credit card is being charged almost $1000 at this point and it still continues!! I literally have tried everything possible that I could find, and i’m not sure where to go from here. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be forever thankful!
