This case is different than the other. My wife has been hacked and we cannot recover her account.

1. They changed everything (email, password, DOB so that she appears as underage when she is actually 33).
2. They are placing ads, even on her company page.
3. WE CANNOT GET THE ACCOUNT BACK because they block every single way. For example, while we were able to add an alternative email so that a code is sent to us to recover the account, Facebook tells us that too many codes have been sent. So we cannot insert the code.

Please help us!!!
