I am completely lost in the Facebook Spiral:
I do have my facebook login and password, however somehow I turned on my 2FA. I do not have acces to the facebook 2FA app that I used. If I login and follow the ” IDENTIFY YOURSELF’ instructions I upload my ID (Drivers License or passport). I have done this many many many times however never get feedback nor access to my account. I get lost in a loop. They do send me the recovery code by SMS which I receive, but then in the last step it asks me again to enter the 2FA code (WHICH I CANT’T ACCESSSSSSSSS grrrrrr). I don’t know how to get acces to my account anymore.

I business account is linked to my personal account, but I am afraid I can’t access the business account not anymore shortly and then I am really lost.

Also, when I try to recover my account through a friends account we dive in the same spiral…. receive a recovery code by SMS, enter the recovery code, and the enter the 2FA code (which again I can’t generate). It also tells me to acces the authenticator via my mobile app, but since I did a clean install on my mobile I need to go through the whole security bla bla bla which includes of course…… THE AUTHENTICATION CODE?!?!?

Why is there nobody at facebook that tells me that they received al my ID cards/passports etc. and then open the account for me again. Anyone have a solution for this?
