I set up a donate button for ‘Women for Afghan Women.’ My girlfriend, Marjorie Morrison, not a member of Facebook, wanted to donate £50. In trying to use her card, I ended up suspected of fraudulent activity a number of weeks ago, and haven’t had it restored to me since. At the weekend I organised a fundraising concert, which cost me considerable time and effort, for the same charity. I tried to donate £425 raised using a related account (OutandOut London) but received a message saying ‘ID verification under review.’ It’s extremely frustrating. Far from being a fraudster, I’m someone trying to support a charity doing important work, having put in huge effort to raise money for them. Will you please let me know what is happening and ensure that the £425 I tried to pay to the charity is accepted? Thank you. Mark Glanville
