Hi, I’m having massive trouble with streaming live from Zoom. I have spent 2 months going back and forth with Zoom trying to fix it, but they are out of answers. Here is what we have tried so far:
– Tried another machine
– clear the cache of the browser
– run clean zoom
– create a new FB account

I can’t attach the video of the initial issue (a loop of connecting to FB and trying to go live), but here is a pic of the error message that comes up now that Zoom has attempted to rectify the problem.

This is impacting my business/work and really needs to be resolved. Could I please have some assistance?
